Getting outside helps so much. We’ve had a lot of snow and rain in Scotland but I’m still trying to get out there whenever I can.

Eat well has always been a priority of mine. But lately I have added a spa day at my schedule every week. It’s just an hour in the bath taken care of my body and soul. I have also made time for reading in the evenings, nothing special, just romance novels but it makes such a big difference when you do things for yourself.
